How to Contribute to Our Event
If you are interested in contributing, we welcome donations for Tournament Prizes (gift cards), raffle drawings (gift baskets, electronics, etc.), or swag bag items (75 pieces). Donations can be made at the Pendergast District Office until March 23.
Golf Tickets & Sponsorship
We invite your company to participate in the Tournament!
Are you interested in golfing or becoming a Tee Hold Sponsor? Complete your registration by choosing your sponsorship level!
Registration Deadline is March 20th, 2026!
Player & 6 Player Team Registration Includes: 9 holes of golf and 1 additional challenge area, brunch, on-course contests & prizes, cart, and raffle tickets.
*Player spots or teams can be donated back to the Pendergast District for staff members to participate.



Sponsorship includes option to host a vendor table on the course during the tournament. Must provide own table, chairs, and or tent. Opportunity to mingle with teams, pass out swag, play games, etc.

Sponsorship to cover the cost of catering for the brunch that follows the tournament. Sponsorship includes signage, a vendor table at the brunch, and a welcome at the brunch and 4 brunch tickets.

Sponsorship to cover the course fees of the tournament. Sponsorship includes signage, a booth set up near player registration/check in and start of tournament welcome plus 1 Brunch ticket.
